Continuation of a Secured Party

A user with secured party authority can continue the secured party.

This service is only available within six months of the lapse date.  Persons with secured party authority over the filing will receive email reminders that the notice is approaching its lapse date.  If a notice lapses then the filing will no longer be legally effective and you may lose your priority in the collateral.

For an illustrated step by step guide to registering, maintaining and searching the PPSA register please download the PPSR User Guide.
